"Waters Edge At Forresters" has been a dream of ours for many years. From the day we were lucky enough to secure the original beach cottage in 2010, we have been designing and redesigning what to put on this magical block. We wanted to keep the beach house feel but modernise and keep simple, while not being too imposing or overbearing on the street aesthetics. The position and uninterrupted views speak for themselves, our plan was just not get in the way.

In order to enjoy this perfect spot all year round we put in an large alfresco room with a 3.7m ceiling and glass bi-folds which can be fully open when warm and closed when that winter chill comes around. Fully ducted air and a big gas fireplace help in making it nice and cosy for your enjoyment.
For those that like to watch, "Waters Edge At Forresters" is the ideal viewing platform just to soak in those uninterrupted views while living in lap of luxury. And for the rest, just follow your own private path and 30 seconds later you'll be on the sand, wetting your feet... |
